These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleaver Kitchen iOS app (“Cleaver Kitchen,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Cleaver Kitchen, you agree to these Terms.
1. The app
Cleaver Kitchen is a consumer cooking app that helps you import recipes, plan meals, plan multi-dish cooking with Cook Together, cook with timers and related tools, and optionally unlock Cleaver Kitchen Pro features via Apple In-App Purchase. Cleaver Kitchen is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. No accounts
Cleaver Kitchen has no accounts. You never sign up or sign in to use it. Purchases are handled by Apple using your Apple Account.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Cleaver Kitchen Pro may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime unlock. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Your use of paid features is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
4. Content you import
You are responsible for recipes and other content you import or create. You must have the rights to use that content. We do not claim ownership of your recipes. Cleaver Kitchen processes imported content on your device to provide the service.
